Affordable homes: Residents’ views of quality (NF74)

This research, published today and jointly supported by the NHBC Foundation and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), investigates residents’ views of the quality of affordable new homes.

This report builds on the annual Affordable Homes Programme Quality Counts research and analysis publications – a key work area for us whilst at HCA.
